In collaboration with Cera cv and 37graden, this project focuses on making the Notenkrakken campaign more sustainable by valorizing waste flows, such as rotten nuts, and finding solutions to pantry moths threatening the walnut yield. We are exploring innovative ways to give lower-quality nuts a useful purpose and effective methods to control the moth population during storage. Additionally, we are considering social employment opportunities in our proposals, aiming to create an impact not only on the environment but also on society.
